HSQ Technology offers support programs levels to customize the amount of support your organization requires. From basic support to comprehensive support that covers spare parts, HSQ Technology has a program for you.
Product Training
HSQ Technology offers factory training in our Hayward CA. location that is available to all our direct customers. Our training is taught by Certified HSQ trainers that custom-tailor the syllabus based on the participants skill level and need. Onsite training is also available upon request, please enquire with sales at: sales@hsq.com.
Rates are based on a minimum of six students per class. Classroom training will be scheduled once the minimum number of students have been enrolled.

- Exact training content will be dependent on the aptitude of the students. If necessary, there will be MISER Operator and System Manager Training classes running concurrently
LEARN HOW TO:
- Develop and manage a MISER point database and graphic interface
- Maintain MISER history and create reports
- Manage system alarms and notifications
- Manage user accounts and system security
- Perform periodic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Encrypt RTU–Host communications
- Configure secure transmissions Students will design and build a custom control strategy and graphic display.

Parts and Service
Repair pricing for HSQ products is based on time and material at a rate of $200.00 per hour. There is a $300.00 evaluation fee for all repair items. Shipping cost shall be added, depending on the size of the repair order.
All parts returned for repair require an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a payment authorization, in the form of a purchase order (P.O.) or credit card authorization.

25×86 Logic Processor units may be returned as a complete unit. The repair price is dependent on the actual board failure within the unit. Repair pricing above applies.
NOTE: All repairs must be accompanied by an HSQ RMA number and purchase authorization, as stated above. Evaluations and Repairs cannot be processed without having a customer issued purchase number or credit card purchase authorization.
